HOW SFH DESIGN & MANUFACTURE ALUMINUM PRODUCTS
STEP-1
Aluminum Texture Collection has been designed by Seema Kauser
Aluminium Texture collection has been designed by Seema Kauser.Aluminium Texture collection has been inspired by Rocky Mountains.
STEP-2
Making mold for bowl using especial paste by Seema Kauser.
Making the mold of bowl. We design the Bowl Second Step- We make the mold .Watch the full video-How we make the molds ?
STEP-3
Applying Wax coat on the bowl mold.Mold is ready for Sandcasting.
Once the mold is fully dried, wax coat is applied on the entire bowl mold.Mold is now ready for next step- Sand Casting Process.
STEP-4
Sand cast process-casting the bowl in aluminum metal.
Sand Casting Process-Bowl mold is now put in steel frame filled with sand. After getting the mold impression in the sand.Molted aluminium is poured to cast the bowl in aluminium metal.
STEP-5
POLISHING & NICKEL PLATING PROCESS.
Once the product is sand casted in aluminum metal.It is now ready for Polishing & Nickel plating process.Watch the video to see the polishing & Nickel process on the bowl.
